Products ordered and paid for will be processed and we estimate you will receive it within:
1-2 business days – The Netherlands
5-7 business days – Europe
7-12 business days – Rest of the world
Shipping times can vary, we do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that Boutoi is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please expect that International, non-EU orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive after having been shipped since all orders sometimes pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.

ORDERS
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us so that we can make it right and resolve any situations that come up.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@boutoi.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
